Since 2019, I’ve been working with the Welltok People team to design and execute our Total Wellbeing program. This program uses our multi-channel platform to activate our employees to achieve their wellbeing goals.

Our program and solution retains top talent, manages health care costs and increases employee productivity and performance. We promote programs to employees across all aspects of wellbeing, not just physical health.

Since our initial case study on increasing the adoption rate to over 95%, we have also used multi-channel campaigns to engage our remote workforce on COVID-19 and reached 96% activation with our “Lucky to Have You” virtual workforce campaign, used to celebrate employees and create a greater sense of community.

As the lead for Solution Design, I worked with all of our stakeholders across HR, Product, Implementation, and Operations (among others), to collect expert input and program design requirements. I also facilitated employee surveys on what’s working, what needs improvement, and where there are program gaps. For our 2020-2021 program year, our employees reported a 13% improvement in program satisfaction over the 2019-2020 program year. In my role, I continuously look for opportunities to improve the program and platform in order to maximize our employee satisfaction, engagement and action.
