January 2016 — Strategic vision was well informed by a broad list of stakeholder interviews and synthesis.

Our team was brought into a large health system to help develop a cohesive digital health strategy. Over the last several years, the organization had experienced an exponential amount of growth in health technology, but lacked a driving vision for how these technologies would benefit the community.

A core part of the process was stakeholder interviews, representing every major department including IT, hospital operations, the physician group, telemedicine, corporate marketing, R&D, nursing, and community benefit. Out of synthesis, a strategic vision was drafted and supported by additional communication deliverables (video and print material) in order to promote this vision at all levels of the organization.

As I served in a strategy consultant and project manager role, I was able to contribute to both process and content. This project allowed me to combine my experience in healthcare, with my passion for how technology can bolster care delivery in pursuit of a hospital system's community relationship and purpose.
